Rules

The board: a 5×5 grid. The four corners and the exact centre square are locked. There are 20 playable squares, split evenly between the two players.
1 line of 3: create 3 matching shapes in a straight line — horizontally, vertically or diagonally — to score 1 point.
2 connected lines of 3: complete 2 new lines of 3 with the same move. The two lines connect through a shared pivot piece and score 2 points.
Triple Cross Meg — 3 connected lines of 3: complete 3 new connected lines of 3 with the same move. This is the hardest scoring move and awards 3 points plus a Blue Diamond reward.
Scoring summary: 1 line = 1 point · 2 connected lines = 2 points · Triple Cross Meg (3 connected lines) = 3 points.
Most points when the board fills wins the match. Equal points is a draw.
Vs AI: you're X, AI is O. Easy is mostly random; Hard thinks ahead and plays to win.
